Possession w/ Intent, Heroin (>3-10g). Patricia had originally hired another attorney, but it became clear to her that he was not prepared one the eve of trial. John took over and got the case adjourned. The State subsequently realized it could not win and moved to dismiss. (Milwaukee Co.)

Defendant was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine w/in 1000 feet of park, 2^nd or subsequent offense.

After John Schiro repeatedly filed motions seeking evidence showing that the Government’s principal witness was a liar, and after 18 months of litigation, the State moved to dismiss the case on the eve of jury trial.

Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Dismissed (Milwaukee Co.)
