Jeffrey graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee before attending Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette, he interned at The Wisconsin Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Federal Defender’s Office in Madison. He also participated in Moot Court and studied abroad at Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. He began his career at the State Public Defender’s Office in Waukesha.
